Excellent opportunity for a Financial Services Solicitor to join market-leading FinTech and Structure Finance team in Central London at Senior Associate level.

Our client is a highly reputable practice based in Central London who have received recognition by the Legal 500 for a multitude of their specialist departments.

The firm act for businesses all over the world and have a particular strength in the Financial Services, Technology and Professional Services sectors.

They boast a Legal 500 accredited FinTech and Financial Services department and are recognised as market-leaders in their field.

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Associate to join one of the largest and most experienced Financial Services departments outside the Magic Circle.

This highly successful team handle the whole life cycle of firms in the financial services sector, from assisting founders seeking investment, product development and advising on the application of PRA and FCA regulations, through to dealing with PRA/FCA Enforcement investigations and police/SFO investigations.

Typical clients include UK and European lending platforms (both corporate and consumer lending), challenger bank and debt funds.

The work is split between the product side (helping FinTech platforms structure and document new consumer and SME credit products), and the funding side (structuring and documenting warehouse lines (based on LMA documents) and private securitisations.

Requirements:

• UK Qualified Finance Solicitor at Senior Associate level with 5 yrs' PQE - 10 yrs' PQE
• Experienced gained within a well-regarded Finance team in London
• Experience in consumer finance, e-money, payments, retail financial services and structured finance
• Impressive academics; at least a 2.1 in Undergraduate Degree and a Commendation in LPC
