The firm have established themselves as the go-to international legal firm for companies in the tech and digital space with their client-base ranging from traditional business leveraging new technology to start-ups.

They boast an incredible client-base and partner with over 50 of the Fortune Top 100 companies and two-thirds of the world's 100 Most Innovative Companies.

Their close-knit Employee Incentives & Benefits team are looking to make an integral team hire at either Associate or Senior Associate level.

The Opportunity

This highly successful team have an impressive client base including private companies from start-ups through to exit with a focus on the Sports, Media, Entertainment and Technology & Communications sectors.

They work closely with founders and key members of the management team in a wide range of organisations and have a particular strength in assisting startup businesses.

As a Employee Incentives & Benefits Solicitor, you will be advising on:

• Incentives aspects of corporate transactions including structuring earn-outs and tax planning
• The design of management incentive arrangements including EMI plans, growth shares and JSOPs
• Cross-border incentive arrangements including the roll-out of equity arrangements across multiple jurisdiction
• Advising on employment taxes including termination payments and internationally mobile employees

Requirements

• Qualified Employee Incentives & Benefits Solicitor with 1 - 8 years' PQE
• Experienced in employee incentives is essential
