OUR STORY
What a journey so far
When Birchrose Associates was established in 2019, we were clear on our vision of being a niche legal recruitment specialist, dedicated to private practice. We wanted to offer a consultative service to our clients and candidates, be honest and transparent in our approach, and most importantly, be a trusted recruitment partner.
Despite the significant challenges faced by the recruitment industry throughout the pandemic, we have stayed true to our strategy and values and consequently established ourselves as a niche but significant player in the market.

She has worked across multiple geographical regions and has a proven track record in building and running successful recruitment teams.

Gemma continuously strives to achieve the best outcomes for her candidates and clients and prides herself on her proactive nature and honest approach.
